URW Europa B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Matsui Universal Joint Corporation (Japan).
Established in the Netherlands in 2000, URW Europa B.V. operates as an independent company dedicated exclusively to the automotive aftermarket.
While Matsui Universal Joint Corporation is active in both OE and aftermarket businesses, URW Europa B.V. was founded as a specialized aftermarket company. Although based in the Netherlands, URW Europa B.V. serves customers not only in Europe but worldwide.
URW Europa B.V. operates its own factory and warehouse in the Netherlands, where steering racks, pumps, and driveshafts are remanufactured. In addition, the company functions as a global export hub for CV joints and universal joints manufactured by Matsui in
Japan.
