Welcome our new member DEMITROS SRL!
Thank you for making the Voice of Remanufacturing strong.
The following text was kindly provided by our new member, DEMITROS SRL:
Founded in 1995, DEMITROS is a Romanian company with over 30 years of experience in the repair, rewinding and reconditioning of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
Our core activities include the repair and reconditioning of AC and DC electric motors, transformers, locomotive inductors and industrial water pumps. We operate a dedicated in-house rewinding department for both AC and DC motors, serving customers from industrial and railway sectors.
DEMITROS also holds a Railway Supplier Authorization issued by the Romanian Railway Authority (AFER) and is an established provider of repair and reconditioning services for the Romanian railway sector, particularly for electric motors, transformers and locomotive inductors.
For us, repairing and reconditioning equipment means more than restoring its functionality. It means extending its service life, preserving valuable materials and resources, reducing waste and providing an economically efficient alternative to replacement — principles that naturally connect our work with the circular economy and the remanufacturing community.
As a member of APRA Europe, we are pleased to become part of a wider European network of remanufacturing professionals. We look forward to exchanging technical knowledge, learning from other members, sharing our experience and developing new partnerships across Europe.
Repair. Recondition. Extend Equipment Life.
